The trial for Roshan Suvarna, accused of murdering a co-passenger on a Mumbai local train in June, will be fast-tracked. The sessions court received a letter from Bombay High Court regarding the development. Suvarna allegedly killed Mayank Lohar after an argument over a train door. The 1,100-page chargesheet includes statements from 68 witnesses, with key eyewitnesses present during the incident. The court has directed the accused to be produced for charge framing.

मुंबई लोकल ट्रेन में सहयात्री की हत्या के आरोपी रोशन सुवर्णा का केस अब तेजी से चलेगा। बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने सेशंस कोर्ट को इस बारे में चिट्ठी भेजी है। सुवर्णा पर आरोप है कि ट्रेन के दरवाजे को लेकर हुए झगड़े के बाद उसने मयंक लोहार की जान ले ली थी। 1,100 पन्नों की चार्जशीट में 68 गवाहों के बयान हैं, जिनमें मुख्य गवाह घटना के वक्त मौजूद थे। कोर्ट ने आरोपी को चार्ज फ्रेमिंग के लिए पेश करने का आदेश दिया है।
