A couple discovered a pristine underground aquifer near the ocean on their South Australian property, turning them into fine-water producers. Damien Smith and Gretchen Scinta found the isolated, naturally mineralised water source after noticing freshwater crayfish thriving on their land. The water, requiring minimal processing, has earned a perfect 100-point score in international tasting and is now sold for $10 a bottle at a restaurant in Adelaide.
