Prestige Estates Q2 Profit Dips 44% Amid 15% Revenue Fall

Prestige Estates Projects reported a 44 per cent year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to ₹256 crore for the September quarter. Revenue from operations also fell 15 per cent YoY to ₹2,060 crore during the same period. Total expenses decreased by 12.5 per cent YoY to ₹1,860 crore. Despite the profit dip, the company's sales bookings rose 20 per cent YoY to ₹7,225 crore in Q2FY27. Prestige Estates has also shelved plans for an IPO of its hospitality arm due to market conditions.

Prestige Estates Projects ने सितंबर तिमाही के लिए ₹256 करोड़ के समेकित शुद्ध लाभ में 44 प्रतिशत की साल-दर-साल गिरावट दर्ज की। इसी अवधि में परिचालन से राजस्व भी 15 प्रतिशत घटकर ₹2,060 करोड़ हो गया। कुल खर्च 12.5 प्रतिशत घटकर ₹1,860 करोड़ हो गया। मुनाफे में गिरावट के बावजूद, कंपनी की बिक्री बुकिंग Q2FY27 में 20 प्रतिशत बढ़कर ₹7,225 करोड़ हो गई। Prestige Estates ने बाजार की स्थितियों के कारण अपनी हॉस्पिटैलिटी शाखा के IPO की योजनाओं को भी स्थगित कर दिया है।
