Relative Sexually Assaults 7-Year-Old Girl

A seven-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted by her uncle at a private factory in Rajkot's Shapar-Veraval industrial area on Monday. The girl's 35-year-old mother filed a complaint after her daughter revealed the assault. The accused, a casual labourer from Bihar, was arrested shortly after the complaint was registered. He has been booked under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

राजकोट के शापर-वेरावल औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में एक प्राइवेट फैक्ट्री में सोमवार को सात साल की बच्ची से उसके चाचा ने कथित तौर पर रेप किया। बच्ची के खुलासा करने के बाद उसकी 35 वर्षीय माँ ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई। बिहार के रहने वाले आरोपी को शिकायत दर्ज होने के तुरंत बाद गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। उस पर भारतीय न्याय संहिता और बच्चों से यौन अपराधों से संरक्षण अधिनियम (POCSO Act) के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
