नेपाल में भारी बाढ़ से देश के बिजली ढांचे को भारी नुकसान हुआ है। इसके चलते 12 जलविद्युत परियोजनाएं बंद हो गई हैं। इस बड़े नुकसान की वजह से प्रभावित जिलों में बिजली उत्पादन और आपूर्ति ठप हो गई है। इस संकट से निपटने के लिए, इन इलाकों में वैकल्पिक बिजली स्रोत के तौर पर सोलर बैंक तुरंत भेजे जा रहे हैं।
