Aam Aadmi Party's Delhi unit president Saurabh Bharadwaj has lodged a written complaint with the police commissioner, alleging a "life-threatening" physical assault on him by Delhi Police and paramilitary forces during recent protests. Bharadwaj demanded an FIR for criminal conspiracy and an independent investigation into what he described as a dangerous pattern of physical assault. He stated that these actions were not routine crowd control measures but a coordinated conspiracy to cause him grievous harm or death. Bharadwaj warned he would move court if the FIR is not filed.

आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के दिल्ली इकाई के अध्यक्ष सौरभ भारद्वाज ने पुलिस आयुक्त से लिखित शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। उन्होंने हालिया प्रदर्शनों के दौरान दिल्ली पुलिस और अर्धसैनिक बलों द्वारा "जानलेवा" शारीरिक हमले का आरोप लगाया है। भारद्वाज ने आपराधिक साजिश के लिए FIR और उनके अनुसार शारीरिक हमले के खतरनाक पैटर्न की स्वतंत्र जांच की मांग की। उन्होंने कहा कि ये कार्रवाई सामान्य भीड़ नियंत्रण के उपाय नहीं थे, बल्कि उन्हें गंभीर चोट पहुंचाने या मारने की एक सोची-समझी साजिश थी। भारद्वाज ने चेतावनी दी कि अगर FIR दर्ज नहीं हुई तो वह अदालत जाएंगे।
