West Indies cricketers Rovman Powell and Sherfane Rutherford have been reprimanded by the ICC for breaching the Code of Conduct during the second T20 International against India in Ranchi. Powell was sanctioned for abusing cricket equipment after his dismissal, while Rutherford was found guilty of showing dissent at an umpire's decision. Both players admitted their offences and accepted the sanctions, receiving one demerit point each as these were their first breaches within a 24-month period. These Level 1 breaches carry a minimum penalty of an official reprimand.
