Billionaire Andrey Melnichenko's superyacht, Motor Yacht A, successfully sailed through the Strait of Hormuz. This comes amid heightened military tensions in the region, which have caused other commercial vessels to delay their journeys. Following Western sanctions after Russia's Ukraine invasion, Melnichenko moved his assets to the Gulf. His Sailing Yacht A was previously seized by Italian authorities in March 2022.
