Ferrari Fined, Hamilton & Leclerc Avoid Grid Penalty

Ferrari has been fined for a breach of sporting regulations at the Belgian Grand Prix. However, drivers Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc will not face any grid position penalties. This decision means both drivers can start the race from their qualifying positions. The penalty was imposed for a technical infringement, but the stewards deemed it not severe enough to impact the race grid.
