Karnataka Minister Warns Officials Against Negligence In Public Grievance Redressal

Karnataka minister Rizwan Arshad has warned government officials against negligence in addressing public grievances, stating that any form of inaction is unacceptable. Chairing a meeting in Udupi, he stressed the importance of prompt responses to issues that can be resolved under existing rules and timely escalation of complex matters. Arshad also directed officials to implement precautionary measures for potential summer water shortages due to the district's rainfall deficit. Furthermore, he emphasized the need for timely school repairs, textbook distribution, and ensuring quality education and attendance in mid-day meal programs.

कर्नाटक के मंत्री रिजवान अरशद ने सरकारी अफसरों को जनता की शिकायतों के समाधान में लापरवाही न बरतने की चेतावनी दी है। उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी तरह की निष्क्रियता बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। उडुपी में एक बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुए, उन्होंने उन मुद्दों पर तुरंत प्रतिक्रिया देने के महत्व पर जोर दिया जिन्हें मौजूदा नियमों के तहत हल किया जा सकता है और जटिल मामलों को समय पर आगे बढ़ाया जा सकता है। अरशद ने अफसरों को जिले में बारिश की कमी के कारण गर्मियों में संभावित पानी की कमी से निपटने के लिए एहतियाती उपाय लागू करने का भी निर्देश दिया।
