Congress Launches 'Vote Bachao, Desh Bachao' Campaign Against Alleged Electoral Irregularities

The Congress party has intensified its district-level 'Vote Bachao, Desh Bachao' campaign across India, including in Mangaluru, to address alleged electoral irregularities and voter list discrepancies. AICC member Kamaleshwar Patel highlighted issues such as duplicate names and unauthentic addresses found in voter rolls, citing specific examples from Karnataka. The campaign aims to mobilize citizens and protect their constitutional voting rights against what the party calls a systematic suppression of democratic voices. The nationwide initiative, led by party president Mallikarjun Kharge, began and will continue.

कांग्रेस पार्टी ने कथित चुनावी अनियमितताओं और मतदाता सूची की विसंगतियों को दूर करने के लिए मंगलुरु सहित पूरे भारत में जिला-स्तरीय 'वोट बचाओ, देश बचाओ' अभियान तेज कर दिया है। एआईसीसी सदस्य कमलेश‌्वर पटेल ने कर्नाटक के विशिष्ट उदाहरणों का हवाला देते हुए मतदाता सूचियों में पाए गए डुप्लिकेट नामों और अनधिकृत पतों जैसी समस्याओं पर प्रकाश डाला। अभियान का उद्देश्य नागरिकों को लामबंद करना और पार्टी द्वारा लोकतांत्रिक आवाजों के व्यवस्थित दमन कहे जाने वाले के खिलाफ उनके संवैधानिक मतदान अधिकारों की रक्षा करना है। पार्टी अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खàरगे के नेतृत्व में राष्ट्र व्यापी पहल शुरू हुई और जारी रहेगी।
