पूर्व IAS अधिकारी दिव्या मित्तल ने अपनी नई राजनीतिक पार्टी, जन नीति भारत, लॉन्च कर दी है। इसका मकसद 2027 के उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनावों में उतरना है। मित्तल ने कहा कि पार्टी यह सुनिश्चित करने पर ध्यान देगी कि सरकार सिर्फ चुनाव के दौरान नहीं, बल्कि नागरिकों के लिए काम करे। मुख्य वादों में लोगों की ज़रूरतों पर नीति-निर्माण को केंद्रित करना, पहचान के बजाय ज़रूरत के आधार पर निर्णय लेना और सार्वजनिक कार्यों में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित करना शामिल है। सितंबर में IAS से स्वैच्छिक सेवानिवृत्ति लेने वाली मित्तल का लक्ष्य नागरिकों को सशक्त बनाना और उन्हें शासन में सक्रिय भागीदार बनाना है।
