Aegis Logistics will focus on its shares after agreeing to acquire an 89.9% stake in Tristar Holdings for $809 million. The acquisition, made through a step-down subsidiary, is subject to regulatory approvals and expected to complete by the fourth quarter of the fiscal year. Tristar, an integrated liquid logistics provider operating in over 30 countries, reported $1.4 billion in revenue for the financial year ending December 31, 2025.
