Delhi on High Alert Ahead of CJP Protest At Jantar Mantar

Delhi has intensified security measures ahead of a proposed protest by the CJP at Jantar Mantar. Traffic police have issued advisories for diversions and restrictions on over 30 major routes, impacting travel to railway stations and airports. Significant traffic jams were reported on routes like Kalindi Kunj and the Delhi-Gurugram border evening. Security forces have been deployed in large numbers, with barricades erected at Jantar Mantar, Parliament Street, and borders like Ghazipur, Apsara, and Tikri. The Delhi Police have not granted permission for the protest.

दिल्ली में जंतर मंतर पर CJP के प्रस्तावित विरोध प्रदर्शन से पहले सुरक्षा कड़ी कर दी गई है। ट्रैफिक पुलिस ने 30 से ज़्यादा मुख्य मार्गों पर डायवर्जन और प्रतिबंधों को लेकर एडवाइजरी जारी की है, जिससे रेलवे स्टेशनों और हवाई अड्डों की यात्रा प्रभावित होगी। शाम को कलिंदी कुंज और दिल्ली-गुरुग्राम बॉर्डर जैसे मार्गों पर भारी ट्रैफिक जाम की सूचना मिली थी। जंतर मंतर, पार्लियामेंट स्ट्रीट और गाजीपुर, अप्सरा और टिकरी जैसे बॉर्डरों पर बड़ी संख्या में सुरक्षा बलों को तैनात किया गया है और बैरिकेड लगाए गए हैं। दिल्ली पुलिस ने विरोध प्रदर्शन की अनुमति नहीं दी है।
