Seven-Year-Old Boy Dies By Suicide After Sister Snatches Phone

A seven-year-old boy in Uttar Pradesh's Jalaun district died by suicide after his nine-year-old sister snatched a mobile phone from him. The incident occurred in Dagru ka Purwa village when the boy became upset after his sister took the phone he was using. He allegedly climbed onto a wooden platform and hanged himself. His sister discovered him and raised an alarm, prompting parents to rush him to the hospital where he was declared dead. Police have initiated inquest proceedings and sent the body for postmortem.
