Filmmaker SS Rajamouli has lauded Nitesh Tiwari and Namit Malhotra for their ambitious large-scale adaptation of the Ramayana. Starring Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Yash as Ravana, and Sai Pallavi as Sita, the film is envisioned as a two-part epic. The first installment is slated for a worldwide release on November 5, 2026, with the second part arriving in Diwali 2027. Rajamouli expressed his joy in seeing the timeless characters brought to life with depth by the cast, anticipating the film's release.
