Bollywood actor Amrita Rao and her husband, RJ Anmol, consciously kept their son Veer away from television and gadgets for his first five years. The couple did not have a TV at home and avoided giving him access to mobile phones or screens. Rao shared that this decision was influenced by her doctor cousin in the US, who raised his children similarly. Instead of screens, they engaged Veer with conversations and audio stories, believing it enhanced his vocabulary and development. This approach required significant parental time and attention.
