Patna Hotels Found With Food Safety Violations; Expired Products Destroyed

Food safety violations were discovered at five high-end hotels in Patna during surprise inspections. Officials destroyed 10kg of mutton and chicken and six packets of bread at The Panache Hotel due to improper storage and lack of expiry dates. Expired products were also seized from Pataliputra Exotica, which also faced issues with kitchen hygiene and storage. Other hotels like Gargi Grand and Maurya were cited for issues including improper food storage, hygiene deficiencies, and rusted equipment. All five hotels received improvement notices, with 14 days to rectify the identified shortcomings.

पटना के पांच हाई-एंड होटलों में अचानक हुई जांच के दौरान खाद्य सुरक्षा की खामियां पाई गईं। द पनाचे होटल में अनुचित भंडारण और एक्सपायरी डेट न होने के कारण अधिकारियों ने 10 किलो मटन और चिकन और छह पैकेट ब्रेड नष्ट कर दिए। पातालपुत्र एक्सोटिका से भी एक्सपायर्ड उत्पाद जब्त किए गए, जहां किचन की स्वच्छता और भंडारण में भी समस्याएं थीं। गार्गी ग्रैंड और मौर्या जैसे अन्य होटलों को अनुचित खाद्य भंडारण, स्वच्छता की कमी और जंग लगे उपकरणों जैसी समस्याओं के लिए नोटिस दिया गया। सभी पांच होटलों को सुधार नोटिस जारी किया गया है, जिसमें पहचानी गई कमियों को दूर करने के लिए 14 दिन का समय दिया गया है।
