Tamil Nadu Dengue Cases Largely Under Control

Tamil Nadu's Health Secretary Darez Ahmed stated that dengue fever is largely under control across the state, with numerous measures being implemented in districts reporting higher case numbers. As of September 23, the state had recorded 17,939 dengue cases and nine deaths. Officials are actively monitoring Chennai, Coimbatore, and other districts with elevated case counts. The government has deployed thousands of field staff for fogging and surveys, assuring the public that there is no need for panic due to proactive measures and inter-departmental coordination.

तमिलनाडु के स्वास्थ्य सचिव दारेज़ अहमद ने बताया कि डेंगू बुखार राज्य में काफी हद तक नियंत्रण में है। जिन जिलों में मामले ज़्यादा हैं, वहाँ कई कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं। 23 सितंबर तक राज्य में 17,939 डेंगू मामले और नौ मौतें दर्ज की गईं। चेन्नई, कोयंबटूर और अन्य जिलों पर अधिकारी कड़ी नज़र रख रहे हैं। सरकार ने फॉगिंग और सर्वे के लिए हज़ारों कर्मचारियों को तैनात किया है। वे लोगों को भरोसा दिला रहे हैं कि घबराने की कोई बात नहीं है।
