An Assistant Executive Engineer of Karnataka Rural Infrastructure Development Limited (KRDIL), Parvez Dharwad, has gone missing after leaving a letter alleging prolonged fund shortages in his department. The letter, which has gone viral, reportedly mentions financial difficulties, stalled works, and an additional expenditure of ₹6 crore on old projects. Mr. Dharwad expressed distress over the situation's impact on his mental well-being and stated his intention to end his life, attributing it to his failure to manage the crisis.
