CM to Distribute House Pattas to 24,057 Families

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will distribute house regularisation pattas to 24,057 families in Vijayawada on September 30. This initiative, part of the 'Pedalaku Pattabhishekam' programme, grants full ownership rights to beneficiaries. The land regularised is valued at approximately ₹9,800 crore, with each family receiving assets worth around ₹40 lakh. This move aims to provide a permanent solution to a long-standing issue concerning house-site pattas, which has been a significant electoral concern in the region. The beneficiaries span across eight Assembly constituencies in NTR and Krishna districts.
