ED to Question 6 Jauhar University Staff in Azam Khan Money Laundering Probe

ED will begin questioning six employees of Mohammad Ali Jauhar University from Monday as part of a money laundering investigation linked to Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan. This follows searches conducted at ten locations associated with the Maulana Mohammad Ali Jauhar Trust and the university in Rampur, Saharanpur, and Delhi. Investigators are examining alleged financial irregularities and potential links between government contractors and entities connected to the university.

ED सोमवार से मोहम्मद अली जौहर यूनिवर्सिटी के छह कर्मचारियों से पूछताछ शुरू करेगी। यह समाजवादी पार्टी के नेता आजम खान से जुड़े मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले की जांच का हिस्सा है। यह कार्रवाई रामपुर, सहारनपुर और दिल्ली में मौलाना मोहम्मद अली जौहर ट्रस्ट और यूनिवर्सिटी से जुड़े दस ठिकानों पर तलाशी के बाद हुई है। जांचकर्ता कथित वित्तीय अनियमितताओं और सरकारी ठेकेदारों तथा यूनिवर्सिटी से जुड़े संस्थाओं के बीच संभावित संबंधों की जांच कर रहे हैं।
