Congress MLA Ramya Haridas Skips Panel Meeting Amid Chirayinkeezhu Rift

The factional feud within the Congress party in Chirayinkeezhu has intensified as MLA Ramya Haridas has yet to appear before a four-member committee appointed by the KPCC to resolve disputes with local party functionaries. A resolution was passed against Haridas by local committees, demanding coordination and the utilization of constituency development funds. Local functionaries plan to escalate their demands to the DCC and KPCC, increasing pressure on leadership. The dispute previously led to a physical altercation and has resulted in Congress losing two wards in recent local body by-elections.

चिरायिनकीझू में कांग्रेस पार्टी के भीतर गुटबाजी की लड़ाई तेज हो गई है क्योंकि विधायक रम्या हरिदास स्थानीय पार्टी पदाधिकारियों के साथ विवादों को सुलझाने के लिए केपीसीसी द्वारा नियुक्त चार सदस्यीय समिति के सामने अभी तक पेश नहीं हुई हैं। हरिदास के खिलाफ स्थानीय समितियों ने एक प्रस्ताव पारित किया, जिसमें समन्वय और निर्वाचन क्षेत्र विकास निधि के उपयोग की मांग की गई। स्थानीय पदाधिकारी नेतृत्व पर दबाव बढ़ाते हुए अपनी मांगों को डीसीसी और केपीसीसी तक पहुंचाने की योजना बना रहे हैं। इस विवाद के कारण पहले भी मारपीट हो चुकी है और हाल के स्थानीय निकाय उपचुनावों में कांग्रेस ने दो वार्ड गंवा दिए हैं।
