Archana Jaiswal, inspired by her father's struggles, has transformed rural education in Uttar Pradesh through her 'Shiksha Saathi' initiative. Facing financial hardship, her father drove a rickshaw to fund his own education and later worked to support his children. After his untimely death, Archana pursued higher education at BHU. Witnessing the lack of quality education in villages, she launched 'Shiksha Saathi' in 2022, offering affordable learning centers. Today, these centers operate in six districts, educating over 7,650 children and empowering more than 740 rural women with vocational training.

अर्चना जायसवाल ने अपने पिता के संघर्षों से प्रेरणा लेकर अपनी 'शिक्षा साथी' पहल के माध्यम से उत्तर प्रदेश में ग्रामीण शिक्षा को बदल दिया है। आर्थिक तंगी का सामना करते हुए, उनके पिता ने अपनी शिक्षा के लिए रिक्शा चलाया और बाद में अपने बच्चों का भरण-पोषण किया। उनके असामयिक निधन के बाद, अर्चना ने बीएचयू से उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त की। गांवों में गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा की कमी को देखते हुए, उन्होंने 2022 में 'शिक्षा साथी' की शुरुआत की, जो किफायती शिक्षण केंद्र प्रदान करती है। आज, ये केंद्र छह जिलों में संचालित हो रहे हैं, जो 7,650 से अधिक बच्चों को शिक्षित कर रहे हैं और 740 से अधिक ग्रामीण महिलाओं को व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण से सशक्त बना रहे हैं।
