Yes Bank Confident Supreme Court Order Won't Hinder Growth
Times of India - Business · business
Yes Bank has assured investors that the Supreme Court's order to restore Rs 8,415 crore of written-off AT1 bonds will not impede its growth plans. The bank cited deferred tax assets and other capital buffers to absorb the impact. Rating agencies believe the ruling, while affecting the capital structure, won't materially impact the bank's credit profile. Yes Bank's CEO Vinay Tonse stated the bank is carefully examining the judgment and its available options.
