गुजरात में दिल की इमरजेंसी अब कम उम्र के लोगों को भी ज़्यादा हो रही है। हर दस में से तीन मरीज़ 40 साल से कम उम्र के हैं। EMRI 108 एम्बुलेंस कॉल के विश्लेषण से पता चला है कि दिल की इमरजेंसी में काफी बढ़ोतरी हुई है, जो 2026 में ही पिछले सालों के आंकड़ों को पार कर चुकी है। 30 साल तक के मरीज़ों पर हुई एक हालिया स्टडी में तंबाकू का सेवन, शारीरिक गतिविधि की कमी और अनियमित खान-पान जैसे गैर-पारंपरिक जोखिम कारकों की पहचान की गई। कार्डियोलॉजिस्ट्स ने मरीज़ों की औसत उम्र में कमी देखी है और इसका कारण काम से जुड़ा तनाव और पर्यावरण को बताया है।
