Orient Cables to raise ₹552 crore via IPO

Orient Cables India Ltd. plans to raise ₹552 crore through an initial public offering (IPO). The offer includes a fresh issue of ₹320 crore and a dilution of ₹232 crore from current owners. Shares are priced between ₹258 and ₹272, with lots of 55 shares. The company intends to use the funds for loan repayment, machinery purchases, and general corporate purposes. The IPO subscription period is from September 25 to September 29, 2026.

ओरिएंट केबल्स इंडिया लिमिटेड ₹552 करोड़ जुटाने के लिए IPO ला रही है। इसमें ₹320 करोड़ के नए शेयर जारी होंगे और ₹232 करोड़ मौजूदा शेयरधारकों द्वारा बेचे जाएंगे। शेयर की कीमत ₹258 से ₹272 के बीच है, और एक लॉट में 55 शेयर होंगे। कंपनी इस पैसे का इस्तेमाल लोन चुकाने, मशीनें खरीदने और सामान्य कॉर्पोरेट कामों के लिए करेगी। IPO के लिए आवेदन 25 सितंबर से 29 सितंबर 2026 तक किए जा सकते हैं।
