जम्मू और कश्मीर के मुख्य सचिव अटल डूलू ने केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के लिए एक व्यापक कैंसर देखभाल रणनीति बनाने की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने पूरे जम्मू-कश्मीर में कैंसर की रोकथाम, निदान और उपचार सेवाओं को मजबूत करने के लिए एक रोडमैप लागू करने का निर्देश दिया। इस पहल का उद्देश्य स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के बुनियादी ढांचे और मरीजों के परिणामों में सुधार करना है, ताकि क्षेत्र में कैंसर रोगियों को महत्वपूर्ण चिकित्सा हस्तक्षेपों तक बेहतर पहुंच मिल सके।
