हीरो फ्यूचर एनर्जीज (HFE) ग्रीन हाइड्रोजन प्रोजेक्ट्स में ₹4,000 करोड़ का निवेश करने की योजना बना रही है। इसका मकसद स्टील और सीमेंट जैसे उद्योगों से बढ़ती मांग को पूरा करना है। KKR-समर्थित यह कंपनी इस उभरते क्षेत्र में जल्दी अपनी जगह बनाना चाहती है, क्योंकि उन्हें उम्मीद है कि अगले तीन से चार सालों में यह तेजी पकड़ेगा। HFE फिलहाल औद्योगिक उपयोग और डाउनस्ट्रीम डेरिवेटिव्स के लिए मल्टी-मेगावाट प्रोजेक्ट्स का मूल्यांकन कर रही है। यह कदम FY30 तक अपने क्लीन एनर्जी पोर्टफोलियो का विस्तार करने के उनके बड़े लक्ष्य के अनुरूप है, जिसमें हाइब्रिड और स्टोरेज-समर्थित रिन्यूएबल पावर सॉल्यूशंस पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया जाएगा।
