An IT professional working on a hybrid model has sparked a debate about employment in Bihar by highlighting significant cost differences between Bengaluru and Patna. He stated that nearly 30% of his salary in Bengaluru goes towards rent, food, and travel. In contrast, working from Patna allows him to save a much larger portion of his income. This IT worker appealed to the Bihar Chief Minister to strengthen the state's IT sector, suggesting that attracting IT companies to Bihar could boost the local economy and create jobs.

बेंगलुरु और पटना के बीच खर्च के बड़े अंतर ने बिहार में रोज़गार को लेकर बहस छेड़ दी है। एक आईटी प्रोफेशनल ने बताया कि बेंगलुरु में उसकी आधी से ज़्यादा कमाई किराया, खाने-पीने और आने-जाने में चली जाती है। वहीं, पटना से काम करने पर वह अपनी कमाई का ज़्यादा हिस्सा बचा पाता है। उसने बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री से राज्य के आईटी सेक्टर को मज़बूत करने की अपील की है, ताकि आईटी कंपनियाँ यहाँ आएँ और स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था को बढ़ावा मिले।
