Abhijeet Dipke, founder of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), has announced that the organization's planned protest at Jantar Mantar in Delhi on October 10 will proceed as scheduled. Speaking in Mumbai, Dipke challenged the requirement for prior permission to hold demonstrations. He also raised concerns about alleged irregularities in voter deletions. Dipke cited Article 19 of the Constitution to assert the group's fundamental right to protest.

कॉकक्रोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) के संस्थापक अभिजीत दीपके ने घोषणा की है कि संगठन का दिल्ली के जंतर मंतर पर 10 अक्टूबर को होने वाला नियोजित धरना तय कार्यक्रम के अनुसार जारी रहेगा। मुंबई में बोलते हुए, दीपके ने विरोध प्रदर्शनों के आयोजन के लिए पूर्व अनुमति की आवश्यकता पर सवाल उठाया। उन्होंने मतदाता सूची से नाम हटाने में कथित अनियमितताओं के बारे में भी चिंता जताई। दीपके ने विरोध करने के समूह के मौलिक अधिकार को जताने के लिए संविधान के अनुच्छेद 19 का हवाला दिया।
