Lieutenant Commander Yashasvi Solanki has made history as the first woman officer from India's armed forces to be appointed Aide-de-Camp (ADC) to the President. She was formally presented with the aiguillette on May 9, 2025, for a tenure of two to three years. Solanki, who joined the Indian Navy in 2012, previously served in the Naval Armament Division. Her role involves coordinating the President's official engagements and accompanying her during state functions.

लेफ्टिनेंट कमांडर यशस्विनी सोलंकी ने इतिहास रच दिया है। वह भारतीय सशस्त्र बलों की पहली महिला अधिकारी हैं जिन्हें राष्ट्रपति का एडीसी (Aide-de-Camp) नियुक्त किया गया है। उन्हें 9 मई, 2025 को दो से तीन साल के कार्यकाल के लिए औपचारिक रूप से एगुइलेट (aiguillette) प्रदान की गई। 2012 में भारतीय नौसेना में शामिल होने वाली सोलंकी ने पहले नौसेना आयुध विभाग में सेवा दी थी।
