A Rwandan man living in north London has been charged with offences related to the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda. This marks the first time such charges have been brought in the UK. The 65-year-old, identified as Dr Vincent Brown, formerly Dr Vincent Bajinya, faces one count of conduct ancillary to genocide and six counts of conduct ancillary to murder as a crime against humanity.
