A new report highlights the expanding Roblox creator economy in India, estimating its activity will add ₹123.9 crore to the nation's GDP by 2025. While daily active users on the platform grew by 76% annually between 2020 and 2025, the number of Indian creators eligible for payouts increased by 96% yearly, reaching 250. Despite rising total payouts, only a small fraction of creators can earn a regular income. The platform's tools enable game creation with minimal prior experience, attracting many beginners, though their long-term earning potential is unclear.
