Despite a Rs 16 lakh renovation of one toilet block using CSR funds, open urination persists. Tourists report an unbearable experience, with the new facility located too far from the mahal. Officials plan to install signboards and complete repairs on existing palace toilets soon, while visitors suggest portable toilets as a temporary fix.

मदुरै के तिरुमलाई नायककर महल में आने वाले पर्यटकों को टॉयलेट की बदहाली और गंदगी की वजह से पेशाब की तेज बदबू से परेशानी हो रही है। एक टॉयलेट ब्लॉक पर 16 लाख रुपये खर्च करने के बावजूद लोग खुले में पेशाब कर रहे हैं। पर्यटकों का कहना है कि नया टॉयलेट महल से बहुत दूर है। अधिकारी जल्द ही साइनबोर्ड लगाएंगे और महल के टॉयलेट ठीक करवाएंगे।
