Inquiry Ordered Into Club Membership Spending

Kerala Health Minister Veena George has ordered an immediate inquiry into the Kerala Medical Services Corporation Limited (KMCSL) obtaining corporate membership at the Thiruvananthapuram Tennis Club. Media reports indicated that ₹19.13 lakh was spent from public funds for the membership and associated expenses. The Principal Secretary of the Health Department will conduct the probe.

केरल की स्वास्थ्य मंत्री वीणा जॉर्ज ने केरल मेडिकल सर्विसेज कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (KMCSL) द्वारा तिरुवनंतपुरम टेनिस क्लब की कॉर्पोरेट सदस्यता हासिल करने के मामले की तुरंत जांच के आदेश दिए हैं। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, इस सदस्यता और इससे जुड़े खर्चों पर सरकारी खजाने से 19.13 लाख रुपये खर्च किए गए। स्वास्थ्य विभाग के प्रधान सचिव इस मामले की जांच करेंगे।
