Pundit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of Bageshwar Dham has clarified his recent remarks comparing Lord Ram and Lord Krishna. During a religious discourse in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh, he stated that while Lord Krishna is depicted as 'crooked' and plays the flute, Lord Ram stands 'straight' and wields a bow. Shastri explained that his comments were made in a state of devotion and love, not to criticize any deity.
