ED Raids Aryan Hometec Linked Locations in Bengaluru Over ₹90 Crore Fraud Case

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted searches at three locations in Bengaluru connected to Aryan Hometec Private Limited concerning an alleged ₹90-crore fraud and money laundering case. The investigation targets company directors Bharath Reddy and Rashmi Bharath Reddy, who are accused of diverting funds collected from homebuyers. The ED claims the directors cheated a landowner by failing to construct apartments and using him as a guarantor for company loans. Incriminating documents were seized during the operation, and further investigation is ongoing.

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) ने ₹90 करोड़ के कथित धोखाधड़ी और मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में आर्यन होमेटेक प्राइवेट लिमिटेड से जुड़े बेंगलुरु के तीन ठिकानों पर तलाशी ली। जांच कंपनी के निदेशकों भरत रेड्डी और रश्मि भरत रेड्डी को निशाना बना रही है, जिन पर घर खरीदारों से जुटाई गई रकम को डायवर्ट करने का आरोप है। ED का दावा है कि निदेशकों ने अपार्टमेंट बनाने में विफल रहकर और उन्हें कंपनी के लोन के लिए गारंटर बनाकर एक जमीन मालिक को धोखा दिया। तलाशी के दौरान आपत्तिजनक दस्तावेज जब्त किए गए और आगे की जांच जारी है।
