Mann stated that the main accused has already been arrested within 24 hours of the incident. He directed the Director General of Police to conduct a thorough investigation to identify anyone else involved in a conspiracy. The Chief Minister emphasized that Punjab's hard-earned peace and law and order would not be compromised, linking the case to the government's campaign against drug trafficking.
