Ukraine Urges Evacuation From Russia-Held Oleshky Town

Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has called for international help to evacuate residents from the Russian-occupied town of Oleshky, describing it as a "death trap" where the hospital has run out of medicine. He stated that families are starving, surviving on limited resources, and that Russian forces are preventing residents from burying their dead. Sybiha urged the UN and Red Cross to secure safe evacuation corridors and humanitarian access. The town, located in the Kherson region, has seen its population drastically reduced since the Russian invasion.
