The nine-storey, 107,630-square-foot property, once a financial hub, was bought by Harbor Associates for $17.6 million in 2017. WeWork leased space but departed in 2021 due to pandemic-driven shifts in work patterns. Office vacancies in downtown Denver remain high, around 38%, prompting consideration of adaptive reuse for such properties.
