The 23-year-old from Mysuru secured the victory with a one-shot lead over China's Yin Ruoning, who is ranked world No. 6. Pranavi's final score was 15-under par 265, despite a rollercoaster final round that included a triple bogey on the third hole. Alongside her individual triumph, Pranavi was part of the team that secured a silver medal.
