Protests demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar intensified in Delhi on Sunday, with AISA activists and AAP workers detained as they attempted to march towards Jantar Mantar. AISA president Neha Bora and AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj were among those detained. The protests are over alleged irregularities in the Election Commission's functioning and voter roll issues. The demonstrations also saw controversy over allegations of sexual harassment by police personnel during Saturday's protests, with complaints being investigated.

मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार के इस्तीफे की मांग को लेकर रविवार को दिल्ली में विरोध प्रदर्शन तेज हो गया, जिसमें जंतर मंतर की ओर मार्च करने की कोशिश कर रहे AISA कार्यकर्ताओं और AAP नेताओं को हिरासत में लिया गया। AISA की अध्यक्ष नेहा बोरा और AAP नेता सौरभ भारद्वाज को भी हिरासत में लिया गया। ये विरोध प्रदर्शन चुनाव आयोग के कामकाज में कथित अनियमितताओं और मतदाता सूची के मुद्दों को लेकर हो रहे हैं। प्रदर्शनों के दौरान शनिवार के विरोध प्रदर्शनों के दौरान पुलिसकर्मियों द्वारा यौन उत्पीड़न के आरोपों को लेकर भी विवाद हुआ, जिसकी जांच की जा रही है।
