Delhi Court Allows Foreign Nationals Held by NIA

A Delhi court has granted permission for a US citizen and six Ukrainian nationals, arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in March, to travel abroad for one month. The individuals were apprehended for alleged involvement in supplying weapons and military equipment, as well as providing training, to ethnic armed groups in Myanmar. This decision allows them to visit their families overseas during their ongoing legal proceedings. The NIA had arrested them on March 13.
