Nicaragua has urged the ICJ to reject Germany's attempt to dismiss a case accusing it of complicity in genocide in Gaza. Nicaragua argues that German arms exports to Israel have facilitated the ongoing genocide. Germany is seeking to halt the legal proceedings.
