भारतीय शेयर बाज़ारों में ज़बरदस्त तेज़ी देखी गई, Sensex और Nifty दोनों रिकॉर्ड ऊंचाई पर बंद हुए। Sensex 1233 अंक चढ़कर 75,692 पर पहुँच गया, जबकि Nifty 388 अंक बढ़कर 23,440 पर पहुँच गया। इस तेज़ी से निवेशकों ने एक ही दिन में करीब ₹7 लाख करोड़ कमाए। Reliance Industries ने इसमें अहम भूमिका निभाई, इसके शेयर 11% से ज़्यादा बढ़े। Tata Steel और SBI जैसे अन्य प्रमुख शेयरों में भी बढ़त देखी गई, जिससे बाज़ार में कुल मिलाकर उत्साह रहा।
