Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar stated that feedback and field-level situations are being examined following numerous public complaints. Launched on October 2, 2026, the monthly pass costs ₹8,500 and the daily pass costs ₹400, with critics deeming these rates steep and unrealistic.
