BRICS nations have strongly condemned acts of terrorism, irrespective of their motivation, as stated in the New Delhi Declaration from the group's 18th summit. The declaration specifically condemned the April 22, 2025, terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir, which resulted in 26 deaths and numerous injuries. Member states reaffirmed their commitment to fighting terrorism in all forms, including cross-border movement, financing, and safe havens.
