He urged SCO members to adopt a unified approach, advocating for dismantling terror ecosystems through enhanced cooperation, intelligence sharing, and cutting off terror financing. Singh also called for denying safe havens to terrorists. India continues to prioritize counterterrorism within the SCO's regional security discussions.

रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने SCO परिषद की बैठक में भारत का रुख साफ किया। उन्होंने कहा कि आतंकवाद, जिसमें सीमा पार की गतिविधियां भी शामिल हैं, क्षेत्रीय शांति और विकास में बड़ी बाधा है। उन्होंने SCO सदस्यों से एकजुट होने का आग्रह किया। उन्होंने आतंकवाद के इकोसिस्टम को खत्म करने के लिए सहयोग बढ़ाने, खुफिया जानकारी साझा करने और टेरर फंडिंग रोकने की वकालत की। सिंह ने आतंकवादियों को सुरक्षित पनाह न देने की भी बात कही। भारत SCO की क्षेत्रीय सुरक्षा चर्चाओं में आतंकवाद विरोधी प्रयासों को प्राथमिकता देना जारी रखेगा।
