Alpha Alternatives Raises Over ₹6,000 Crore For First Infrastructure Fund

Alpha Alternatives has successfully raised more than ₹6,000 crore for its inaugural infrastructure fund, the Build India Infrastructure Fund. This fund is set to invest in crucial sectors like roads, power transmission, and renewable energy, with a particular emphasis on hybrid annuity model road projects and transmission infrastructure. The investment strategy will target assets offering potential for operational enhancements and eventual monetisation via infrastructure investment trusts (InvITs).

अल्फा अल्टरनेटिव्स ने अपने पहले इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर फंड, बिल्ड इंडिया इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर फंड के लिए ₹6,000 करोड़ से ज़्यादा की रक़म सफलतापूर्वक जुटाई है। यह फंड सड़कों, बिजली ट्रांसमिशन और रिन्यूएबल एनर्जी जैसे अहम सेक्टरों में निवेश करेगा, जिसमें हाइब्रिड एन्युटी मॉडल रोड प्रोजेक्ट्स और ट्रांसमिशन इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर पर खास ध्यान दिया जाएगा। निवेश की रणनीति ऐसे एसेट्स को टारगेट करेगी जिनमें ऑपरेशनल सुधार की संभावना हो और जिन्हें बाद में इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर इन्वेस्टमेंट ट्रस्ट (InvITs) के ज़रिए मोनेटाइज किया जा सके।
